If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any unused item(s) for a full refund of the product’s purchase price less the shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. The 30 Day Guarantee allows the purchaser to return any unused or unopened items within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. The customer is responsible for return refrigerated shipping costs. The 30 Day Return Guarantee is only available within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We reserve the right to refuse to extend the 30 Day Return Guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST request an RMA before returning the items. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and/or discarded.
Returning an unwanted item?
Non-defective and unopened/unused products must be returned with their unopened, original packaging within 3 days of the delivery date in order to receive a refund, less the original shipping, and 30% restocking costs.
All returns must be shipped back refrigerated.
No returns will be processed for items sent back that are opened, rotten, or tampered with.
No returns for being unprepared for bucket receipt.
Frozen Bucket Returns:
No returns will be processed for frozen buckets. We cannot guarantee how you stored them, and therefore cannot resell them as a result. These products are temperature-sensitive, please understand we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
No exceptions for being unprepared for bucket receipt or fermentation.
You must be ready to start fermentation upon receipt.
